Dorsey is an AI-powered professional endorsement platform that enables users to request, create, and share endorsements. Our services include:

• AI-assisted endorsement generation through voice and text input
• Professional profile creation and management
• Endorsement request and sharing workflows
• Karma-based reward system for platform engagement
• Public endorsement profile pages

To use Dorsey, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your profile information is truthful and up to date

You agree not to use Dorsey to:

• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent endorsements
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Endorsements created on Dorsey are authored by the endorser and reflect their personal views. By submitting an endorsement, you grant Dorsey a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

Dorsey uses a karma point system to facilitate endorsement requests. Karma points are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and are subject to the following conditions:

• Points are earned through platform activity and may be purchased
• Points are consumed when creating endorsement requests
• Dorsey reserves the right to adjust karma balances to prevent abuse
• Unused karma points are non-refundable

The Dorsey platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Dorsey and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Dorsey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dorsey in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use Dorsey ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.
